Grand Rapids Care is free to use for everyone looking for healthcare information, providers, jobs, events, and resources. We fund the site through a few clearly labeled, optional paid products for organizations.

What you can pay for

• Claimed / enhanced provider profile — verify and manage your listing, add details, and display a paid-profile badge. Claim your listing.
• Featured job posting — a healthcare job listing with added visibility and a “Featured” label. Post a job.
• Featured event listing — a health class or event with added visibility and a “Featured” label. Submit an event.
• Sponsored guide — support a clearly-labeled health guide. Sponsor a guide.

The rules (always)

• Paid and sponsored placements are always clearly labeled.
• Paying never changes a provider’s review score, star rating, or ranking, and a provider can never pay to hide or remove reviews about them.
• Paying never changes the editorial health information we publish.
• Paid status is not a signal of clinical quality.
